- Registration documents, e.g. Business Registration Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, Section 88 IRD Certificate
- Budget plan [link] *please download the Excel and upload it into the online system
- Declaration and Consent Form
- CVs of the project team
- Records of completed projects (if applicable)
- Supporting partnership agreement
