Yes, you may submit applications for multiple projects at the same time, provided that the scope of each project does not overlap and each application form is dedicated to a single project. |
No, only shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an interview by J.C.DISI. If you do not receive an interview invitation, your application may be considered unsuccessful. |
There are two rounds of interviews. The first round of interviews will be held in early April 2025, and shortlisted applicants will proceed to the second round of interviews, which will be held at the end of April 2025

We accept applications from organizations or companies, including technology start-ups and social enterprises, that aim to address the digital divide and are interested in applying for our program
No, the organization does not meet the eligibility criteria, as it has not been registered for at least two years prior to the application deadline
The project cannot overlap with other existing funding programs, and the matching fund is not accepted in this program. If you have any questions on it, please feel free to contact us from 1000 to 1800 (Mon -Fri)

Operation
Yes, applicants can choose whether to hire additional staff or assign existing staff to support the project. The applicant should provide details in the manpower and budget plan section of the application form
Yes, applicants are required to hire an independent accountant.
The Trust shall own the intellectual property rights to all materials arising from the Project which is created by the Grantee during the duration of the Project, including but not limited to publications, learning resources, digital content, online platforms, and databases.
The Trust will have access to and the rights to use the intellectual properties during and after the funding period. The use of the intellectual properties by any organization should be subject to approval from The Trust
Yes, the grantee must maintain a separate Hong Kong Dollar account with a bank licensed in Hong Kong, dedicated exclusively to processing all receipts and payments related to the project.
